Summon

A Writ of Summons dated 15 September 2008 has been issued by Life B-P Church against the Board of Directors of FEBC (the 1st to 9th Defendants): (1) Dr Jeffrey Khoo, (2) Dr Quek Suan Yew, (3) Dr Prabhudas Koshy, (4) Dr Tow Siang Yeow, (5) Dr Timothy Tow Siang Hui, (6) Dr Boaz Boon, (7) Wee Hian Kok, (8) Rev Koa Keng Woo, and (9) Rev Stephen Khoo. The Statement of Claim #3 states, “This is an action to restrain the Defendants from occupying, possessing or otherwise using the designated part of the Plaintiff’s premises at 9 and 9A Gilstead Road (hereinafter referred to as the ‘designated part of the Church Property’) purportedly to operate the College or in any other manner whatsoever.” Let us remain prayerful for God’s deliverance.
